Apple has finally revealed the name of the 3rd gen iPhone; The iPhone 3GS Of course this means they have also announced that there was indeed a 3rd gen iPhone in the works. The iPhone 3GS will basically have improved speeds. Sorry if this is a little cryptic for now as we are trying to blog as fast as we can. The iPhone 3GS also sports a 3 MP camera and from the looks of it, it is nearly identical to the iPhone 3G in appearance.
The iPhone 3GS will also be sporting a video camera capable of a framerate of 30 FPS as well as increased performance under low light sensitivity. Finally, the iPhone 3GS is capable of voice commands as well. The built in digital compass is a welcome addition for those who want a better representation on the Maps app.
