Apple has always prided itself on the security of its machines and the virtually bug free operating environment. This comes as even more of a shock then why Apple didn’t bother to patch a critical error in the Java framework for the Mac which could be used as a point of entry for potential hackers. Sun Microsystems patched the problem swiftly but Apple has yet to have fixed it on their end. With Apple gaining ground in the computer market, it may behoove Apple to fix the problem before some ambitious hacker decides to nullify their entire advertising campaign.
