Apple has quitly released their new firmware update for both the iPhone and iPhone 3g, the latest release 2.2.1, is suppose tp improve the stability of Safari and should fix the image saving email issue. I’ve experienced both these issues quite often with my iPhone, especially the unstable Safari issue which is pretty darn annoying. No one knows what other issues Apple may have resolved with this new release, we’ll keep you tuned into any further developments with this new firmware update.
To update your iPhone and iPhone 3G just connect it to your Mac or PC and click on “check for updates†via iTunes. It’s also a good idea to stay up to date with the newest version of iTunes because they usually have new integration features with the iPhone and iPhone 3G. If you have a jailbroken iPhone or iPhone 3G we recommend that you wait until the go ahead from the iPhone Dev Team is given.
