We reported last week about Apple being sued and now it looks like it is happening again. A customer in San Diego has filed an 18-page lawsuit that alleges Apple and AT&T knowingly oversold the iPhone 3G causing it to slow down the network. William Gillis of San Diego filled the complaint, relying on internet reports from other unhappy customers and leaked information to build his case. He is claiming that Apple and AT&T sold too many iPhones which used too much power from the 3G network which was promised to be faster than other networks. Gillis is trying to turn his claim into a class action so that other AT&T users in California can seek compensation from the disappointing performance of the iPhone 3G. Things are looking real grim really fast for Apple and AT&T.
