The recent controversy surrounding Apple’s run-around on the situation with CEO Steve Jobs has garnered a lot of media attention. The Securities and Exchange Commission is now looking into the matter to ensure that investors were not misled. Since Steve Jobs’ health weight has been a flashing light on many people’s minds, Apple has repeatedly stated that Jobs is fine despite the decision to have Tim Cook speak at Macworld 2009. The rumors have been steadily building and Apple has repeatedly assured the public that there are no health concerns only to finally reveal that Steve Jobs was going to take an extended leave of absence.
