Apple is planning to manufacture about 40 to 45 million iPhones in the next 12 months all the way through August 2009. Sources also say that they’re currently producing 150,000 iPhones per day. This is due to Apples huge international campaign and their current launch in over 20 countries. That’s a lot of iPhones, hopefully with this step-up in production they can actually keep these darn things in stock.
