Lawsuit against Apple

New York resident Jai Sen has brought a lawsuit (the latest in a series) against Apple based on the unsatisfactory performance of the iPhone 3G. This lawsuit is a class-action suit seeking restitution and appropriate disclaimer warnings for the claimed false advertising on Apple’s part. Users have cited the poor battery life, hairline cracks developing, and AT&T’s horrible coverage (which I can personally testify to). Many consumers (myself included) have complained about AT&T’s service and the company has been struggling to revamp its infrastructure so as to have better coverage. Personally, I live in the Los Angeles area and get on the 3G network at most 50% of the time.
