A new iPhone game from Eminem titled Relapse is scheduled to be released the same day as his new album (May 19th) also titled relapse. The game was announced on Eminem’s official twitter along with the image of the game above. Later that day it was also verified with the release date mentioned before on his homepage. The game is said to continue the same theme off of Eminems latest video 3 AM in which Eminem is a skitsophrenic killer in a hospital. As you can see in the screen shot Em is about to slap some zombies around. Hopefully Apple has already approved as we have just been notified that the NIN app will not be releasing in the Appstore due to vulgar language.
