Next Gen iPhone Rumor: No more free app re-downloads

Here’s another rumor to add to the groupd of next generation iPhone rumors, it seems that beta versions of the iPhone and iPod touch 3,0 won’t let you re-download apps for free from iTunes App Store to your iPhone. You can still re-download apps you’ve paid for from your iTunes free if you sync up your iPhone so Apple won’t make you pay twice or anything. Our guess is Apple is implementing this new policy as a way to fight piracy and account sharing. To be safe you should probably re-download any paid apps you have and make sure they are backed up onto your iTunes. It’s better to be safe then sorry as Apple has yet to release final details of this new iPhone rumor.
