Nikon who is known worldwide for their excellent DSLRs, and horrible point and shoot, cameras has recently launced their My Picturetown iPhone which allows you to upload and share pictures via Nikon’s my picturetown site. This new iPhone app works for both the iPhone and the iPod touch player and is available free now via the Apple App Store. You use the iPhone 3G camera (which is as crappy as the Nikon CoolPix, I keed!) and you then upload it to the My Picturetown online storage sites. You can also tag and organize your photos and even create album. You can then email the images, send links to the photos to blogs or your Myspace and Facebook and publish it with Flickr. Nikon gives you 2GB of storage space free on their My Picturetown site and you have the option of buying up to 200GB with a gold account. Check out the Nikon My Picturetown app in the App Store.
