If you did not know, QuickPwn is software that you can install on iPhone or iPod Touch to “jailbreak” your iPhone/iPod to use apps not approved by Apple iTunes and can even go as far as to get apps for free that you would otherwise have to pay for. So yes the software can open the door to illegal activity and yes it is an enemy to Apples sales on iTunes AppStore.
So why is it up on the site? This image was taken in the games section. Even quoted in the about section saying:
Download QuickPWN, jailbreak iPhone and iPod Touch, games and more!
Well it was quickly pulled and announced to be an accident and to be up in the News section in which it now resides. Even as news this does not make sense and is started to look like a huge conspiracy! Either that or Apple has been infiltrated and is displaying QuickPwn for all to see on one of the most popular sites on the net.
