Stylish iPhone wristband holder

We’re seen some pretty stylish accessories for the iPhone since the OG one was released a few years back, but this one has us saying “what?” Created by Pavlina Dadakova created it after losing her iPhone. Her storage idea is pretty slick, and stealthy. It hides within a wrist band looking thing that you wear on your arm.

“You stick the phone in and flap the sequins over, no one will even know that your wrist is sporting a computer. Looks great with an evening gown, or the everyday jean.” – Pavlina Dadakova

Some may see it as unique and stylish accessory that not only looks good, but helps you hide your iPhone out of sight. I think it looks goofy and wouldn’t even sell well in a place like Urban Outfitters. It is a change of pace from all the artsy looking iPhone cases that have been popular recently, and at $18 it’s not that expensive.

I like it though being a guy I could do without the sequins. I don’t like to put my iPhone in my pocket because it’s just too tight, too likely that I’ll sit on it, and too likely loose change, a lighter, or keys will gouge it. If it’s in a wristband, then it can either be held discreetly in the sleeve, or displayed prominently in a hipster kind of way. One concern I have is whether or not my wrist will overheat with all that fabric. Plus it might get a little stinky in there so the wristband would need to be rinsed or washed regularly which might make it fall apart sooner than later.
