AT&T has been the sole carrier of the Apple iPhone and iPhone 3G in the United States, but many iPhone owners unlock their iPhones so they can use them on other networks as well. Usually if an iPhone owner had issues on non AT&T networks they’re out of luck. Many iPhone users who were using the T-Mobile network have been experiencing voicemail problems, T-Mobile could have simply turned them away, but instead they provided a fix for the iPhone voicemail issues and even gave those users a service credit. How’s that for customer service?

T-Mobile, through a representative, said “T-Mobile, though they do not offer the iPhone, (but) they are committed to supporting users on their network who have them.”

As a tmobile subscriber it makes me proud ;p now if their service got a little better then they’d be number one for sure.

Verizon is too expensive and my experience with atnt customer service has been terrible.
