    i have tried to use spirit and i get an error (1) how can i unlock it??

    did as instructed and it was all fine until I downloaded a video ringtone that I could not hear. I tried to change my ringtone and it would not let me…I even tried deleting the app it still is on my phone. I went to Itunes and hit restore, but unlike the promise of no risk, it came back and said my phone could not be restored!
