Although we’re a little far off from any Apple events, it’s never too early to fire up the rumor mill! So the word on the street is Apple is developing apps to put FM radio on future iPhone and iPod Touch models. Perhaps they were just experimenting with radio when they released it on the iPod Nano but if this rumor is true, expect the same kind of radio experience to come to the iPhone and iPod Touch.
The iPod Nano is able to pause and rewind music on the radio and there are even plans to put in interactive advertisements in the future. You would also be able to pull songs that are playing on the radio and purchase them in iTunes.
