Smoking may void Apple warranty

To all the smokers out there; it looks like you have yet another reason to kick the habit. As it turns out, smoking in the vicinity of your Apple machine may actually void the warranty. All this is still from anecdotal evidence but apparently one Macbook user in Jordan Creek had his requests for a fix denied when it was revealed that he would light up next to his device.

While cigarette smoke does have a tendency to gum up your surroundings, it is fair to pull a warranty based on that alone? What do you guys think?
